Racing

The car takes part in the Aston Martin Owners Club Intermarque Championship, which is a team series for the AC, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Jaguar and Porsche marques.

Each team consists of a maximum of 5 cars, chosen by the team captain. If possible 1 car from each class must be chosen.

The three classes are:

Class A - Road going cars. (Score full points)

Class B - Modified cars. (Score 3/4 points)

Class C - Highly modified cars. (Score 1/2 points)

This car races in class C.

Points are awarded from 20 for 1st place down to 1 point for 20th place.

For both the drivers and the teams, the best 8 scores from 10 rounds count towards the championship.

By sheer weight of entries Porsche tends to be the favourite as the other teams may struggle to field a full 5 car team.
